Is posting loads free?
Yes. A Free load-poster account includes unlimited load posting, receiving and managing offers, and messaging about your own jobs. Carrier search, vehicle advertising and sending offers on other members’ loads require eligible membership or trial access. Account approval and role requirements still apply.
Who is RouteFill for?
Businesses that need goods moved and transport providers looking for work or offering capacity. Access depends on your role, membership and any required verification.
Where does RouteFill cover?
The UK and Europe, including domestic and cross-border movements. Check the requirements, paperwork and permissions for each job.
How do offers work?
A carrier reviews a listing and makes an offer. The parties discuss the requirements and agree the rate, timing and transport terms before accepting the job. An offer alone does not confirm a booking.
Who arranges payment for the transport?
You agree the transport price and payment terms directly with the other party. RouteFill is a listing and introduction platform, not the carrier or a party to your transport contract.
What happens after the trial?
Eligible carrier and courier accounts receive trial access. Check your account for its end date. When the trial ends, access to paid carrier features ends unless you choose a paid membership. Free load posting remains available to load posters. A trial alone does not create a paid subscription. If you separately subscribe, that membership renews monthly until cancelled. Does signing up guarantee work?
No. Available work varies, and offers must be agreed between members. Review the marketplace and decide whether the opportunities suit your operation.
Do I still need to check the other party?
Yes. Complete your own identity, operator-licence, insurance, vehicle, credit and commercial checks before agreeing to work. Platform checks do not replace your own due diligence.
